Our seafood production line includes various types of frozen crustaceans, cephalopods, shrimp and fish, which are good sources of protein and highly demanded by the domestic and international market.
Aquaculture
Our shrimp aquaculture utilises the latest technology and science in culturing methods. From the water to the post larvae shrimp and nutrient, we carefully apply industry best practices such as MyGAP and Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) standards to produce the best possible products that can be exported worldwide for everyday consumption. Our shrimps are natural and antibiotic-free.
In the processing section, technologies such as automated shrimp peeler, IQF machine, and steamer for cooked products are employed to ensure our products retain its goodness and are of the highest quality for consumers.
Surimi Production
QL Marine Products' surimi production maintains high quality controls system in accordance to the requirements of recognised certifications such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Every stage of the production goes under diligent scrutiny to ensure compliance.
Fishmeal Production
Our surimi production also feeds our fishmeal production line. We manufacture three types of choice products: Premium Fishmeal 67%; Fishmeal 60% and Fishmeal 55% using indirect steam drying process. Our fishmeal is of good quality and suitable for aquaculture and livestock farming.
